Wildlight: Summer Yoga & Wellness festival
Wilmington, Oh
With Aruna Sauna Co., CosmoVision Collective & BambooMoves Yoga
August 15, 2-10pm
A summer gathering rooted in movement, music, nature, and connection.
This festival was created as a space to come home to yourself and to each other- to move freely, breathe deeply, dance wildly, and remember what it feels like to simply feel good in your body.
Together we'll gather for yoga, ecstatic dance, sauna and cold plunge, sound bath, local vendors, nourishing experiences, and a sunset fire ceremony under the open sky.
Whether you spend the day flowing, dancing barefoot, resting in the grass, or sharing stories around the fire, this is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the medicine of community.

at the bamboo forest
With Tasha Leonard
August 28th, 6:30-8:30 pm
September 26th, 6:30-8:30 pm
Join us for an evening of gentle embodiment, connection, and renewal in the bamboo forest. This experience will be intuitively guided and may include elements such as card pulls, meditation, a mindful walk through the woods, soft restorative movement, and a grounding sound journey, along with a simple, heart-centered ritual to honor what is ready to blossom within you.
The natural resonance of the bamboo, the filtered sunlight, and the quiet rustling of the forest will enhance your experience—bringing you into deeper alignment with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner wisdom.
(This workshop is held at our partner location in Morrow. Located a half a mile off the road you’ll be met with 70 different species of bamboo and a 7 acre lake surrounded by a forest.)
Address: 7352 Gheils Carroll Rd, Morrow, OH 45152
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else you need to feel fully supported during your time on the forest floor.

Reiki Training level 1 & 2
At bamboo forest
With Tasha Leonard
Level 1: August 30th, 10am-4:00pm
Level 2: September 27th, 10am-4:00pm
Join us beneath the trees for an immersive Reiki training experience held in the peaceful energy of the Bamboo Forest.
These intentionally small-group trainings are designed to create space for deep connection, hands-on learning, energetic exploration, and personal transformation. Through guided teachings, practice, ceremony, and Reiki attunements, students will begin (or deepen) their relationship with energy work in a grounded and supportive environment.
Reiki Level 1 — August 30 | 10 AM–4 PM
Level 1 focuses on self-healing, intuition, energetic awareness, and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. Students will leave with a thoughtfully curated Reiki integration journal to support their continued practice beyond the training.
Reiki Level 2 — September 27 | 10 AM–4 PM
Level 2 expands into working with others, Reiki symbols, distance healing, and strengthening your confidence and connection as a practitioner. With several weeks between trainings, students are given time to integrate and deepen their Level 1 practice before continuing their journey. Students will also receive their own set of healing crystals to continue supporting their energetic work and personal practice.
Each training will include Reiki attunements, tea ceremony, guided practices, reflection, and space to slow down and reconnect with yourself in nature.
Please bring a light lunch for the day. Tea and light snacks will be provided throughout the training ✨
Whether you feel gently curious or deeply called to this work, these trainings are an invitation to soften, listen inward, and remember the healing already within you.
Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and personalized.
Yin yoga Training
With Megan Cannon
Understanding Yin Class 1: September 13th 10:30-3:30pm
Embody Yin Class 2: October 11th 10:30-3:30pm
Yin yoga is a meditative, floor-based practice that nourishes the body’s connective tissues and calms the nervous system. In these immersive trainings, you'll explore the philosophy, benefits, and structure of Yin yoga while learning to teach with intention and presence. Whether you're deepening your personal practice or learning to guide others, you'll uncover how to embody stillness and inspire it in those around you.
This training is eligible for continued education credits through Yoga Alliance.
Understanding Yin Class 1:
Yin is a quiet, meditative yoga practice that nourishes the connective tissues in the body with long held, floor based poses, supported by yoga props like bolsters, blocks and blankets. Benefits of this practice include: increased joint mobility and flexibility, regulation of the nervous system, present moment awareness and a deeper connection with self.
This is a comprehensive training that will deepen your understanding of the principles of yin yoga. Students will immerse themselves in the practice of yin yoga, learning the philosophy and history behind the practice, the benefits of yin yoga and how to successfully teach and structure their own yin yoga class.
Embody Yin Class 2:
This training is all about how to live and find more stillness in your energy body as you explore Yin. As a teacher you will create sequences and how to work with injury and keep the mind present during a yin practice. Not only will you explore how you can embody more yin but encourage your students, clients, and friends as well.
Recommend taking Understanding Yin as a prerequisite.
